Thanks you all. It's a hot pepper jelly using lemon drop peppers, habaneros & apricots. It's kind of miserable to make but by the time you cook and can it, the heat gets tempered a lot!
I love Saul! I'm very proud of the fact that my hot peppers I gave him made him sweat! :D My husband and I are total novices when it comes to pics - we still use a point and shoot but we're saving up so we can upgrade our camera.

Great use of back lighting! I bet you could have talked "shop" with Saul for hours when he was there for the photo shoot of the pizza.
